Adding a New Journal Entry

  1. Start Your Training Session:
    • Find the floating button in the bottom right corner of your Dashboard.
    • Tap it and select “New Journal Entry.”
  2. Pre-Training Reflection:
    • Answer the questions about your focus, mental and physical state, sleep, hydration, injuries, and nutrition. This helps you get in the right mindset for training.
  3. Track Your Training:
    • Hit the “Start” button at the beginning of your session to start your training timer.
    • While training, use the floating button to add new techniques or training rolls as they happen.
    • When finished, tap “Next” in the footer bar.
  4. Post-Training Reflection:
    • Answer the reflection questions. These help you analyze your session, identify successes, and plan for improvement.
    • Rate your session’s difficulty (RPE) and overall satisfaction.
    • Hit “Save”.
    • Add a cover image to your journal entry if you’d like!

Adding a Technique

  1. Capture the Technique:
    • Tap the floating button in the bottom right corner.
    • Select “New Technique.”
  2. Detail Your Discovery:
    • Name the technique and the instructor who taught it.
    • Write a detailed description.
    • Add “Key Points to Remember” for quick reference.
    • Use “Tags” to categorize your technique for easy searching later.
  3. Visualize and Remember:
    • Tap “Add Photo” to include images that illustrate the technique.
    • Tap “Add Video” to record yourself demonstrating the technique for in-depth review.
  4. Save Your Knowledge:
    • Hit “Save” to store your new technique in your Osss library.
